First Course:

  • Chips and Salsa
  • Quesadilla Chapala (cheese, grilled chicken, pico de gallo, guacamole, sour cream with a red pepper dip)
  • Habanero Salad (mixed greens, chef's creamy cilantro dressing, tortilla strips, tomatoes, and cotija cheese)

Second Course:

  • Chicken Pozole Soup

Third Course:

  • Carnitas Taco
  • Chile Verde
  • Chile Colorado
  • Rice
  • Beans
  • Tortillas

Fourth Course:

  • Chile Relleno
  • Pollo Fresco (grilled chicken breast, adobo sauce, tortilla strips, cheese, spinach, vegetables, tomatillo sauce)

Fifth Course:

  • Seafood Enchilada (shrimp, crab, vegetables, cheese with a creamy seafood sauce)
  • Enchilada Suizas (shredded beef, creamy tomatillo sauce with a special sauce)
  • Oaxaca Mole Enchilada (chicken, cheese, mole sauce)

Sixth Course:
